About the brand

Therapy Jane is a holistic trauma clinic founded by Jane and three colleagues who share a passion for helping individuals overcome trauma and relational conflicts. Their approach is rooted in the belief that healing must address the mind, body, and spirit. Their insight is integrative and personalized, taking into account each client's unique needs and circumstances. Through evidence-based techniques and therapies, Therapy Jane aims to help individuals find a path towards healing, growth, and a sense of wholeness. At the core of Therapy Jane is a deep belief in the power of connection, both with oneself and with others. Through their work, the team hopes to create stronger and more meaningful relationships, and to empower clients to live their lives with greater resilience, compassion, and joy.

Project
description

Therapy Jane, a holistic trauma clinic, is seeking to establish its position in the market, define its unique look and feel, connect with its target audience, and create an aligned message across all channels through brand strategy and design. ‍

The problem

What was at stake? If Therapy Jane fails to position itself in the market, define its brand identity, and create an aligned message across all channels, it may face several negative consequences. Firstly, it may struggle to differentiate itself from competitors, making it difficult to attract and retain customers. Without a clear brand identity and messaging, potential clients may not understand what Therapy Jane offers or why it is the best option for their needs. This lack of differentiation could lead to lower brand awareness, fewer leads, and ultimately, reduced revenue. Secondly, without a consistent message across all channels, Therapy Jane's marketing efforts may be disjointed and ineffective. Inconsistent messaging can create confusion and mistrust among potential customers, reducing the likelihood of conversion. Additionally, a lack of alignment across channels can harm the brand's reputation and make it appear unprofessional. Finally, failing to connect with its target audience could result in missed opportunities to build meaningful relationships with customers. Understanding and empathizing with the needs and pain points of the target audience is crucial for building trust and establishing long-term relationships. Without this connection, Therapy Jane may struggle to build a loyal customer base, reducing the potential for repeat business and referrals.‍

The solutions

Therapy Jane chose to work with us because we offered a different perspective, clarity and a direction that they needed to follow in order to achieve the following goals: position on the market, defined identity, brand alignment and engagement.

Brand Strategy

What Services did we provide?

Brand strategy.

Brand identity.

Customer research.

Social media templates.

The project begun with a comprehensive analysis of the market and competitors to identify gaps and opportunities. From there, we define its brand identity, including its visual and verbal elements, such as its logo, colour palette, typography, tone of voice, and messaging.

To connect with its target audience, we conducted research to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points. Based on thevinsights gathered, the brand will develop a customer persona and create amessaging framework that resonates with their target audience.

The messaging framework was implemented across all channels, including the website, social media, email marketing, and advertising. The project  also included a content strategy that aligns with the brand's mission and values and provides valuable resources and insights to its audience.

To ensure the brand's consistency across all touchpoints, the project  included brand guidelines that outline the visual and verbal elements of the brand and how they should be used.

The results

Strong defined position on the market.

Defined identity.

Brand alignment and clear messaging.

40% increased engagement.
